David D. Gold

Of Counsel

David Gold received his Bachelor of Science in 1986 from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctor in 1991 from Fordham Law School.  David started his legal career at RCA Records.  From there, he joined the law firm of Selverne, Mandelbaum & Mintz where he ultimately became a partner.  David has been with Serling Rooks Ferrara McKoy & Worob since 2008.

David’s practice focuses primarily on counseling and advising the firm’s clients regarding general and music business practices and strategies, and drafting and negotiating various related agreements, including recording, publishing, profit split, distribution, operating, management and licensing agreements.

David is a member of the New York State Bar, the State Bar of California and the Connecticut Bar.
